Sharni Vison, a native of Australia and a dancer and actress, was born 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. Her first appearance was in the year 201. She was a part of a small role as a character in Home and Away. The performance she gave in that small character was so impressive that the casting agent for the show wanted to cast her in the major roles in the series. She was however rejected for her role. Thus, on the exact same show Cassie Turner was selected as a troubled teenage child living in a foster homes. The fans and critics loved her performance. She rose to prominence in the teen years when she got an important role in Donna Martin in the commercially successful series Beverly Hills 90210. The series was created in part by Spelling Television her father's production company. She was nominated for two Young Artist Awards because of this role. She went on to flourish as an actress on television on a number of TV films, such as A Friend to Die For that was released in 1994. A Carol Christmas in 2003 and also in the year 2018 when she was featured on The Last Sharknado: It's All About Time. Then, she branched out into independent films such as The House of Yes released in 1997 Scary film 2, 2001 Kiss the Bride (2007) and Izzie's Way Home (2016). In 2019, she reprised the role Donna Martin from the Beverly Hills 90210 spin-off.
