Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese descent and lived within Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family that has deep roots in America's South. The couple divorced when Olivia was just two years old and she was raised by her father and stepfather who was who was a part of the United States Air Force. The family stayed all over, her main residence is Tokyo, Japan. In Japan, she was an actress at local theater performances and then turned into a Japanese models for fashion. Olivia has relocated with her family to Los Angeles in order to fulfill her desire to become an actress, continued to work towards that goal even after her family returned to America. Olivia's acting career took off following a few small roles. She landed the part of Mily in the Hawaii-lensed series Beyond the Break (2005) as well as the role of receptionist for Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She hosts "The Daily Nut" as well as"Formula D" on G4 "Formula D" podcasts on G4. Since the 2006 television show Beyond the Break, she has continued to surf. She also holds an unofficial black belt in Taekwondo. At the age of two, her mother married again and this time, with the same US Air Force member. They have relocated many times but she was a majority of her youth in Tokyo Japan since that was the place where her father worked. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalism major with minors of Japanese and dramatic art.
