Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally referred to as Andra day is an American R&B singer-songwriter. She has been awarded various accolades such as a Grammy Award a Children's and Family Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award along with nominations for an Academy Award. Andra Day is a skilled and powerful performer. She's not an old-fashioned R&B specialist, however her experience in gospel jazz, as well as the blues is apparent and translates to today's music. DJs immediately played the track on the radio. In the year 2015, following her signing in 2015 with Warner Bros. Records she began work on her debut album, Cheers To The Fall featuring Adrian Gurvitz. Album included single Rise up, which was adopted as a anthem for the social justice movement across the world. Day was awarded 2 Grammy nominations for the album, including Best R&B Album. The United States against Billie Holiday is a recording concept on the legendary jazz vocalist. It came out by Day in the year. The United States Versus Billie Holiday is a biographical account of Holiday and was released that in the same year. Andi Matichak, an American actor. She began her career in the television industry with shows such as Orange Is the New Black & Blue Bloods. Then she made her movie debut with Halloween and its sequels in the role of Allyson. Andi matichak was an American actor born in Framingham on the 3rd day of May 1994.
