Selena Gomez's international fame as a performer and actress singer is undisputed. One of the projects she's participated in and which has the most success has been the Disney series Wizards of Waverly Place. Selena Marie Gomez is her full name. Her birth date was July 22nd, 1993 in Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett, and Ricardo Gomez are her parents. Selena's mom was only 16 at the time Selena came into the world. She got her first stage show job at the age of nine in the role of Gianna as Gianna in Barney and her Friends.
