Selena Gomez is an internationally famous actress and singer. The Disney film Wizards of Waverly Place, one of the biggest projects that she has been a part of and which has had the highest popularity, is her work. Selena Marie Gomez has a full name. Her birth date was July 22nd the 22nd of July, 1992 in Grand Prairie Texas. Parents were Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. She was just 16 when Selena arrived. When she was nine, Selena got her first job in show business after being cast in the role of Gianna in Barney and her Friends. In the process, she appeared in the most humane and reptiles in the form of a purple dinosaur. Selena performed for many seasons in season 7 and 8 between 2001 through 2003. Selena wasn't the only performer who appeared in Barney and his Friends during this period. Demi Loveto also worked with the show. Selena Gomez tried out for many roles after leaving Barney and Friends however, she failed. Her role was only a tiny one in the 2003 movie Mini Spies 3 (Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over) as well as another role similar to Julie on Walker Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire. The film also featured her as Emily Grace Garcia, a character she created as a musical in 2006's Brain Zapped.
